As a Business Analyst at Innovins, you’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and the development team to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and help translate those into effective software solutions. Your role will be key in ensuring that project goals align with business needs and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
• Gather, document, and analyze detailed project requirements.
• Create SRS (Software Requirements Specification), BRD (Business Requirement Document), and functional specifications.
• Work with design and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvement strategies.
• Assist in project planning, scope definition, and timeline estimation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research when required.
• Support testing by creating test cases and validating output against client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or web development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience in wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch (preferred).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand both business and technical language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
